This is a fantastic book! As a twenty-something female with ambitions to climb that elusive corporate ladder - this book was a timely find. This book encourages you to answer pointed questions about what direction you want to take your professional and personal life, it challenges you to set an action plan, then it provides inspirational stories of those who have realized their decisions and goals. I found myself using it has a workbook, a guideline to help realize my passions and map out a career plan. I truly feel that this is a must-read for anyone looking for a quick, jump start to their career!

This book has given me a real kick start to my own career. It is a great read and has really made me look as how I approach my career and has even inspired me to get a new haircut !
Erica Moore Burton is very honest in this book and gives the reader an insight into her own career path with "real" stories from herself and others.
I think this is a great book for women on both sides of the Atlantic at all levels.
I really enjoyed this read and recommend it to all whatever job you may be in.
