A sweet sweet little book, with cute pictures that reminds us that prayer is for more than saying grace or saying goodnight at the end of your day. It includes prayers for your pets, prayers for chores, for shopping and hard times. Illustrated with sweet simplistic pictures this little book is an easy read and is simplistic enough that children can enjoy it as well as adults. I thought it was adorable and plan to pass it on for little ones to enjoy. 64 pages US $9.99 4 stars.

The Lord tells us to "Pray without ceasing," in 1 Thessalonians 5:17 (NKJV); do you?

With child-like illustrations in rainbow colors, this book engages the reader to pray during all parts of their day. This book opens reader's eyes to seeing that prayer is an active thought process each day, just as any other thought is. Slide the windows of communication wide open with your Lord and seek Him as you go about life.

This book, bound in a durable harcover, would make an excellent addition to your personal library, travel bag, car, or anywhere where you would like to be reminded of the many blessings that God disperses into your day. Also, this book would make a potentially life-transforming book to anyone and would make a great book to give to people that you don't know that well or to simply leave it in waiting rooms in hospitals, nursing homes, dentists office, or to anyone God calls you to bless.

Imagine the blessings that would come in a day where a little prayer--like grace before meals--is whispered while doing ordinary things like waiting in line, shopping for shoes, or doing a load of wash.

Most Christians pray before bed, before eating a meal, while visiting a sick friend, or while sitting in church. But what about the other times? Standing in line at the post office. Enrolling for college classes. Washing dishes. Grocery shopping.

We are encouraged to pray without ceasing and LITTLE PRAYERS TO BLESS YOUR DAY is a great way to start that process. If you don't automatically breathe a prayer as you go about the different things in your day, and need a little help to get you started.

If your teenage son is on your last nerve? There's a prayer about getting angry. If your getting impatient with another person, there's a prayer about impatience.

This is the cutest little giftbook, colorful and encouraging. It'd be a beautiful little "pick-me-up" for an unexpected gift for someone you care about. Perfect to tuck into a basket of gifts, for the hospital, baby shower, wedding shower, or a house-shower.
