Another Great Little Book,

'The Southwest of America has a cuisine strongly rooted in very old Native American, Spanish and Mexican traditions. The food is earthy and robust, romantic and expressive.' 60 pages of recipes and colourful drawings with their own co-ordinating bookmark to keep your page, if you are forced to put your copy down for more than a minute or two! This book has some of the old favourites, such as :- 'Southwest Chili Soufflé Pie', 'Corn Soup', 'Blue Corn Bread'and 'Old Southwest Spoon Bread'. Check out the recipe for 'Avocado Ice Cream' and wash it all down with 'Sangria' and/or 'Spiced Coffee'!

Wrong item sent,

while I still LOVE the Little Northwest Cookbook, the vendor sent a Little SOUTHWEST cookbook -- and then asked me to send it back at my own expense.
I would like Amazon to make this right -- as I am being charged for the incorrect item. The vendor does not indicate if they actually have the correct item (and I have copies of the emails telling me that the NORTHWEST cookbook was being sent.) I would like Amazon to take care of this & send me the item I ordered & was charged for!! So far, no one from Amazon has paid attention. THANKS. |
