So brilliant on 3 Non Blondes reduced to this catchphrase repetitive crud that can't raise one laugh. I managed one episode and three sketches of the next episode, I turned it off and will never watch the dvd again.
Before watching this dvd I thought Jocelyn was a bit of a genius but now I think she is in the same league as Little Britain...total crud for under sevens.
I paid £8 for this pile of garbage and today on Amazon you can get it for £2. It's not worth one penny.
Oh Jocelyn you were destined for greatness but now obscurity awaits you if this dvd is anything to go by.
Very lazy work.
That woman who scrapes her bottom across the ground saying she has worms!!!!!! THAT IS HUMOUR? I DON'T THINK SO.
Over the last couple of years many new sketch shows have made it on to British television including Little Britain, Catherine Tate, etc, all of which are brilliant and unique in their own way, but Little Miss Jocelyn has something which makes her work different from the rest
Well worth watching
Really can't understand why the show never quite took off and never got the attention and acclaim it deserves. Unlike 3 Non Blondes this seemed to pass under the radar. A shame really as Jocelyn is a true talent and deserves to be up there with Lucas & Walliams and Catherine Tate and their charachter sketch-making ilk. She should've been up for a Comedy Award or two for sure but I can't see them ever letting her quite fit in. I'm sure if she were a middle-class white male comic who went to Uni, made geeky references to Star Wars and smarmy references to politics, pretended to be a Cockney and had her face in the celebrity rags all the time she'd be more accepted or would be seen as more "cool" to like. But she shouldn't have to.
Most of the creative team (director, producer, make-up...etc) worked on Little Britain. Maybe they should've milked that factor to get more publicity. If you're a fan of Little Britain this show should be up your street. She's basically a black, female, one-woman version of it with a great supporting cast.
I really hope this gets picked up for another series or that Jocelyn gets another vehicle to expose her to a wider public. She's a true one-off. Wonderful idiosyncracies, observations and her facial expressions and contortions are genius.
In the same way that "Yeh but, no but" and "Bovered!" became catchphrases aped by the public I think that adding "Ohhhh" at the end of sentences should become a thing too!

Recently got into this show after discovering 3 Non Blondes on Youtube. I had never seen either series when they first aired on TV. It's probably not to everyone's taste. Read morePublished 10 months ago by Aza

This is rubbish. If you're amused by people with stupid big teeth then you'll like this. Otherwise avoid.Published on 9 Aug. 2008 by M. Pickles
This is abysmal. One reviewer has suggested that if she were a middle-class white male comic she would have receive more plaudits - had she been those things, the reality is that... Read morePublished on 4 Dec. 2007 by Steve
