great little middle eastern cookbook...really!

My sister-in-law had this book, and I quickly ordered it from Amazon as soon as I could. I am not disappointed at all. For its size, it is truly complete. Good instruction, lovely drawings, very useful to the experienced or novice Middle Eastern cook.
