Product Description

From the Inside Flap

Five year old Elizabeth, her brother Jason, who is ten, and their visiting cousin, Jasmine who is 11, meet with a supernatural being: the Little Devil. L.D. (as he’s called for short) is an imp with horns, a tail and magical powers but, despite a wicked sense of humour, he seems harmless enough. As the children play the Little Devil’s games, L.D. brings a lot of good humoured mischief and some rather more alarming problems into their lives. Gradually the children are drawn into ever harder choices between what is right and what is wrong until, at last, they are forced to choose between conscience and the Little Devil himself.

I think the troll chapter was my favourite. I would recommend for anyone who likes a bit of mischief in a book. Even though it was written for someone younger than myself, this is a really captivating story and held my attention throughout.- a friend

Thought this was a really charming book. Very entertaining and beautiful illustrations too. I would recommend it to kids and for parents reading at bedtime! The chapters worked nicely, each being a complete story in itself.
A good buy!
