Being a fan of Betty Shine for many years I am pleased to see she has written a book on colour. This book is written in a clear easy to understand way. Using colour in this way will bring positive benifits to your life. This book could also be used as a stepping stone to Colour Therapy.

When I received this book I was in a bit of a shock - it's absolutely tiny! In all fairness the seller did provide a description (Product Dimensions: 9.4 x 7.8 x 1 cm ) and it is called "The Little Book.." :). I kept it anyway and I agree with the other reviewer that it's a small and simple stepping stone to Colour Therapy. Now I actually like that it is small :)
