2.0 out of 5 stars An idiosyncratic little book 27 Nov 2012
By Richard E. Hegner - Published on
Format:Hardcover|Verified Purchase
I purchased this as a Christmas present for my brother, thinking it might provide some insight into the location where our English ancestors lived (Sheffield). I was disappointed to find that this quirky little book seemed more focused on curiousities and eccentricities of Yorkshire and was rather short on content. If you love the peculiarities of many of the BBC's series included on PBS, this might be your cup of tea. (Pardon the pun.) But otherwise, caveat emptor!
