Today is my 30th birthday....and I received this book this morning as a gift from my brother.

It's a tiny book and only took me about 30 minutes to read, but I'd like to use everything I've read in my entire lifetime.

It's truly a feel good book and encourages you to learn to love yourself, appreciate all the wonderful things about you, forgive others and even gives a special tip for achieving a firmer bottom! All the things a woman needs to know!

Seriously though, I feel so much better from reading this and would totally encourage women of any age to buy it and digest it's wise words.
