Good designs!, 14 Jun 2007
This review is from: The Little Book of Minge Topiary (Paperback)
Doreen has never been a keen box-gardener, so I hoped to stimulate some interest in pruning with this gift. Fortunately, she was open-minded enough to try a few things out and some of the designs were a big success. Frankly, they are vastly superior to anything that Ray Mears' has to offer in his guide to 'Bushcraft'. My only complaint is that I often get completely lost in navigating through her reconstruction of the Hampton Court maze. By the time this foreplay is over and I'm ready for action, she's usually fallen asleep!

Hirsute humour, 19 Dec 2003
By A Customer
This review is from: The Little Book of Minge Topiary (Paperback)
This Little book is quite hilarious but not for the faint-hearted or easily-offended.
Colourfully illustrated, there are all sorts of different ‘her-styles’ on offer, from the ingenious to the ludicrous, so you are bound to find something you like.
There is, thankfully, a section with practical tips on how to maintain one’s topiary (however basic) and, importantly, how to minimise discomfort (that stubble can be a menace).
Boys, be quite sure of your girlfriend’s sense of humour before you give her this book.
Girls, get it for your mates or keep it for yourself and give the love of your life a little surprise!
