3.0 out of 5 stars Improve your Luck, 22 Feb 2006
By A Customer
The Little Book of Luck provides a short and lighthearted guide to improving your luck. It only took me 30 minutes to read but it contains some good stuff and is worth re-reading from time to time to refresh your thoughts. Basically, being lucky seems to come down to having positive expectations about events and people, smiling and being happy, taking mishaps on the chin and moving on from them, and setting clear goals and working towards them. Much of this is familiar from a forest of self help manuals. This book has the advantage of being cheap, nicely written and containing much of the key stuff without the preaching of some self help texts. If you are feeling stuck in a rut, try this out.
