Right from looking at the cover, this book really captivates you. With lots of good sense advice, I can highly recommend it. I got this for my wife (dangerous I know!) and she hasn't put it down. She is even reading from front to back which is very unusual. Just buy it.

At Last , a Positive approach to Weight Control,

This review is from: The Little Book Of Diet Help: Truth, tips and therapy for a slimmer, happier you (Hardcover)
If you are like me then over the years you will have bought and tried any number of diet books that advocate all sorts of different approaches to weight loss. What they all seem to have in common is that they are unsustainable and quite negative in tone. You feel after a week or two that you have failed, which in no way motivates you to stay away from the biscuit tin!!How refreshing then to read Kimberley Willis' approach which is positive, helpful and enables you to actually deal with the reasons you are eating badly. By understanding your triggers and using the techniques demonstrated in the book you are able to permenantly alter your relationship with yourself, your body and the food put in it. As I said, early days, but feel very positive and not grumpy and deprived, which is a revelation!
