It's going in the bin.
The book contains rhythm guitar chords - for songs which don't contain rhythm guitar chords.
There are plenty of imaginary guitar tabs (bass guitar maybe) and the lyrics.
But no melodies, and no musical accuracy.
The book will be no good for any other instrucment.
and not much good for guitars either.

Pocket sized songbook with lyrics and chords. Unfortunately there are no chord diagrams so you have to find fingering out for yourself and also need to know the tune before you can play it.
