If you ever get fed up of listening to high-pitched voices singing repetative nursery rhymes to your children, can I recommend this wonderful CD which always has my husband and I singing along as well as our children! It's an up-beat CD of varying styles sung by some great characters, ranging from the chirpy "Cockney Sparrows", the laid-back "Mole Coward", the rascally "Derry Hares"and the-ever-so-cool "Moses Moose". (All voices are provided by singer-songwriter David Fisher). Is this a CD for children or for adults? Who cares? We all love it!

Truly Magical! 20 April 2002
By A Customer
Format:Audio CD
Some of the 'Artists' who feature on this C.D are amazing, and always have me singing along especially 'Moses Moose' & 'Mole Coward'.
My only regret when listening to this is that i dont have children of my own to play this too, as the children i look after are always mesmerised by the different singers, it's a great mixture of good old fashioned nursery rhymes with some fantastic fantasy like magic sprinkled on top.

In short this C.D is a dream come true for both kiddies and parents alike. Mr. Fisher is either a genius or completley insane (i'll let you make your own mind up) ,but in my opinion not many 'normal blokes' have this kind of imaginative character and the ability to use it to create a little magic in all of us.

I'm sure these little acorns will soon turn into a great big Oak Tree.

I bought the CD for my niece and nephew who absolutely loved it. It's great fun and a truly original take on childrens' favourites. With so many songs and styles there's always a fresh surprise around the corner. Absolutely superb!
