I was in the middle of trying to reclaim money for a broken electrical appliance and wasn't having much success. By chance, I came upon The Litigation Handbook and all my queries seemed to be answered. In no time at all, the vendor had recognised that I was serious and was taking the right steps - I got my money refunded without even carrying out my threat of going to court!
