Extremely long-winded book which covers more or less everything theoretical in literacy and language. There is a lot of material here to try and take in and most if it just goes straight over your head whilst reading it. However there is still a sizeable chunk of decent information that you can put to good use when planning out the Literacy Hour.
If you can read this book fully and take it all in, then it would be an excellent book. But its too hard to read for my liking.
