I love that as a mom I am able to buy a product like this. All the pages are photocopy-able so I'm able to use and re-use any of the pages as I choose to. In the first few pages there is a layout which gives me a guideline to how I can use the pages and really make the most of the book. I am very excited to start using it. I have had a look through the pages and there are a few that mentions the child should "write a sentence"...my child is 4 yrs and 4 months and quite advanced with writing letters and starting to write words, but not yet full sentences. I would say this book is brilliant for a 4 yr old if you worked with them and perhaps write those bits in for them, otherwise its better aimed at a 5- 6 yr old group. There is one page I would love to mention here, it's about moving house which is so appropriate right now as we are just about to move house. The page is a picture of a house, a family and then two children with their faces blank. Your child then has to draw a picture of how the children feel about moving house and there is a space where your child has to write how these kids feel. The page also encourages you to discuss moving house with your child. For the price £20 at the time of my purchase this book is a steal considering the value it holds! I love it. Would highly recommend.
