Ignore the review above, which confuses the album title for the artist. The Julie Dolphin was a short-lived London-based vehicle for the talented Kiwi songwriting team of Dianne Swann and Brett Adams. This incarnation gave us the excellent indie single Birthday, to be found here alongside my own favourite Still Life, which after many years I still think a masterpiece. The band relaunched itself as Boom Boom Mancini and produced two or three further UK singles before Dianne and Brett returned to NZ to re-emerge as The Bads and release the stunning 'Earth From Space' in 2005. At the time of writing, the 2009 follow-up 'So Alive' was imminent.

Buy this record it has some brilliant Lit songs in their traditional laid back easy going style. New album "laid back in the sun" or something is better but this is a good cd for everyone who has got it already!!
