Since purchasing this book at the beginning of the year I have put many of the suggested practices into place, together with learning more from the current Qigong courses that run in Forres, Scotland. My health has improved greatly and my right leg problem (basically, diagnosed as tendonitis) has vanished. I can walk without pain and with much ease and flexibility again! I have also changed my diet and lost a lot of excess weight. I truly recommend this book to those seeking to take charge of their lives in a more holistic, harmonious and balanced way.
