Lise McClendon has written fiction for the last thirty years. Her career began with The Bluejay Shaman, featuring Jackson Hole art dealer Alix Thorssen. She has published three more mysteries featuring Alix and two in the World War II-era Kansas City series beginning with One O'clock Jump. Her suspense novel, Blackbird Fly, is set in southwest France. In 2011 she published Jump Cut under the pseudonym, Rory Tate. She lives in the American Rocky Mountains in Bozeman, Montana.
