Product Description

Product Description

Lisa is out on the town in Newcastle, the town is heaving with bodies, all underdressed, all out for a good time. Lisa is dressed in very little, this is going to be her night. One she would remember for life. But as she journeys through the bars things start to change. The night doesn’t pan out the way she planned. And finally we realise what Lisa really intended...

‘It was a cold night. A very, very cold night. The kind of night that made her feel glad to be alive. She was out, she was alone and she was feeling dirty…’

5.0 out of 5 stars Stunning demolition of a girl's character 1 Sep 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Polly Thomas knows how to take a character and in a short story, destroy any self esteem it may have had. Lisa wants to go out in a bang and be remembered for her last night out. You follow her as she goes out to ensure she's noticed and then decides to let the boys have a go. It's unclear why Lisa decided to go out with a bang. The sex at the end is short but graphic with the heavy essence of abuse of a young girl. The end also has a twist.

Perhaps an uncomfortable read for parents with teenage daughters.

1.0 out of 5 stars Total Rubbish 12 April 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
If I could rate this as zero I would, it should be a pamphlet not a book, it is around 5 pages long and just total trash and a massive rip off, shame on Amazon for allowing this to be classes as a book
