Just a warning - this product comes from the States so you will be charged huge postage fees which negates the price of the product, plus to add insult to injury a week after receiving the product I've received an invoice for custom charges of another £22, so I spent £36 on the product and have paid £60 to get it here. Didn't notice as I ordered it with lots of other products, so lesson learned. The product itself is fine, only taste is of olive oil but comes out of dropper really quickly so you have to be careful as only one drop is needed but overall not worth the high charges. Think Amazon should make it clear when a seller is outside of UK.

Was sugggested to use this to get a minimum amount of Vit D into my body along with magnesium. (Do not know the results.)Had to take 4 droppers 1 a day for 2 weeks, That was really 2 bottles of this items. Then once a month...
