Love Change 9 Mar 2010
Format:Paperback
This is the first book review I've ever felt compelled to write which could say something about me or the book; I think it's probably both!

This book is not full of complicated theory but it is absolutely packed with fantastic illustrations, stories, quotes, and easy to replicate practical exercises. If you've ever wondered how sportsmen and women maintain their focus to achieve outstanding performance then you need to have a read. Use the strategies; get your thinking right, and you will be able to achieve so much more. You might even write your first book review!

By A Customer
Format:Paperback
I love the story of the raspberry under "looking for highlights" together with all the other anecdotes, like "developing a healthy balance in one's personal confidence bank". Damian's book on surviving change is full of such quirky gems which make it a well researched, fascinating and, if you take notice, hugely beneficial read.
