Having already read Damian's book on Liquid Thinking (also highly recommended), I was excited to read something more targetted around the area of leadership. Damian has very cleverly taken quotes, lessons and stories from 'leaders' across the board, and collated them to produce a highly accessible look at high performing leadership. I read it in a couple of afternoons...as with Liquid Thinking, it's a book you enjoy coming back to.
Consultants, trainers & coaches will find Liquid Leadership particularly useful due to the exercises and drills dotted throughout the book. Easy to share with aspiring leaders whoever you are working with, and useful as part of your own personal development.
Looking forward to reading Damian's new book on change out later this year!

Bought this to put my life back into perspective on the recommendation of a number of work colleagues and other NLP trainers. Damien Hughes makes perfect sense and this is helping me as it has others. As for the service from Amazon? Is there anywhere else to buy anything?

Having been left totally flat by Liquid Thinking, I have to say this title is slightly more enlightening.
Having been succesful in my working career both in customer services and sales I am not sure now what I hoped to gain from this book. My strengths have always been motivation and coaching staff to meet the high demands and challenging targets set, all I got from this book was a small snippet reagrding the comapny I know work for, without it being named! If youv'e spent any length of time in a sales role, either management or representative level you will not take anything from this series of books, its all low level stuff that you will have had drummed into you on numerous sales courses.
Having witnessed Hamish Taylor on a number of occassions,Damien has lot of catching up to do.
