This was an enjoyable B movie as long as you are not expecting a classic. If you have 80 minutes available for an easy going thriller then this may be the option for you.
Cuba stars as a border patrol officer whose gangworld past catches up with him when his old friends come calling. His family are held hostage whilst he is forced to co-operate with his ex gangland friends in order to smuggle drugs across the Mexican border.
Obviously not an original plot, but Cuba is acceptable in the leading role, and the plot moves at a fast pace, thus keeping your attention. The film's budget does not allow any expensive special effects, or even car crashes. However the killings are bloody and graphic which adds to the realism of the movie.
Sit back and relax and watch a violent B movie with a good lead actor which will pass a midweek evening. Enjoy
