Bought 2 of these for my elderly mother, the Amazon parcel was packed well but the sellers packaging was open and only one of the pillows had the free pillow case, Amazon could not replace the missing one as that was up to the sellers and even though I emailed I got no reply so I would not advise anyone to use these sellers.which is sad because the offer was a real bargain

The pillow is ok... wish it had more filling, and the seams were done a bit better. Seems like it's going to cost me more to get a pillowcase for it than it did for the pillow itself. Ah, well. Live and learn.

Amazon Verified Purchase
I bought this in the hope of support. No chance. This is the most flimsy piece of rubbish that I have ever seen referred to as a pillow. Exceptionally thin rough poor quality material covering what might just be shredded sponge except that if it were it might have more support. Returned to Amazon for imediate refund which I am glad to find has been done immediately. I would rate it MINUS if able. Do not waste your money.
