I got the sheet, the housewife and the oxford pillowcases all 400tc from the same company. Interestingly, they are all made from a slightly different fabric from each other. The sheet is very soft, rather than crisp, the pillowcases are very crisp rather than soft! The sheet is very easy to iron (the pillowcases are NOT), but has a bit of a shine to it, which I was not expecting. I guess they are very good for the price, but I might splash out a bit more next time to get better quality.
