I really enjoy Linda's recipes - when summer comes I crack this book open to find a great range of simple, healthy, family food. These recipes would loose their edge with anything but the freshest, local-est, earthiest veg. But when straight from the garden or farmers market, they are sublime.

Shows that no -meat cooking is not just for veggies and makes the best of in-season vegetables and fruit.
An easy to follow book by an author ,confident in her skills but not 'preachy'.
