Product Description
All Pet Pad Products are made from solid hardwood which will not distort or rot. The Lincoln rabbit and guinea pig hutch is made from 12mm tongue and groove wood which has been dipped in a honey brown pet friendly wood preserve. The fox proof wire mesh used on all Pet Pad products is non toxic and animal friendly. The wire ensures that your animals are kept in and everything else is kept out. The Lincoln is a two storey pet house. The guinea pigs and rabbits can snuggle and sleep in the hutch at the top and have access to the grass below via a ramp. The ramp can be closed off at night if required by using the trap door. All Pet Pad products are flat packed and the build time is approximately10 minutes, even a screwdriver is supplied. The build quality of all Pet Pad products is second to none. The construction is sturdy using only quality jointed timber (no butt joints or nails).

Ordered this hutch/house for my Guinea pig and dwarf rabbit as their old one was well past its used date and was demolished. Having seen similar items in the stores for a lot more, this hutch/house was great value, arrived well packaged, with easy to erect instructions. You get twice the space and loads of room for animals to run around although the Guinea pig needed a little coaxing up and down the none slip ramp,having no base means you can plonk it on your lawn and let your animals cut your grass for free.The lift up lid and pull out plastic tray are great for cleaning purposes. My Netherland dwarf bunny has now dicided to eat his way out by chewing round the front door frame (must taste good) so I would suggest putting some wooden chews on the wire door frame. Overall, great price for a well constructed Item.

this hutch is good value for money! i brought it and then went on to alfresco website and saw they were a trampoline company and got abit worried cause couldnt find anywhere saying that they sell rabbit hutches... i normally order from amazon so i know they are safe... so just to check i phoned them and they assured me it was on its way and wouod be with me that day between 12 and 6pm so that put my mind at rest sure enough the hutch turned up at 11 30am. very quick delievery way before they estimated delievery date which was very happy about.Easy to put up.. instructions could be abit clearer in places but managed to do it put door on wrong way to start with but then when realised my mistake all went together perfectly. havent got the rabbits in it yet as they too small but there is alot of room so im sure they are going to love thier new home.. the lid lifts up at top so is so much easier to get rabbits and put new bedding in. would really reccomend this hutch!
