It was okay to use in the middle of my pregnancy, but then it became more awkward to use as I got bigger. I struggled getting in and out of bed when I was using it and it basically got in the way, providing little relief.
I resorted to using a pillow which was much more efficient,and free!
Do not buy - it is unnecessary, ridiculously expensive and a bit disappointing.
It is now collecting dust under my bed!

I was slightly dissappointed when I first received the item as it is very small and I didnt think it would help me sleep at all. I was only 11 weeks pregnant when I received this and it was not comfortable atall, however now a few weeks on and I have a huge bump (it's my second pregnancy this year only 6 1/2 months between them so I am huge) it is a god send. The back support really helps and the cushioned front really supports my belly. Plus the cushion going between the knees is fine being the size it is as your not tilted to far forward due to the belly support anyway. I would really recommend this product and it is far better than any of the types of support I purchased during my 1st pregnancy.

Bit apprehensive as I am 5'10" and have long legs (inside leg 34") so worried from other reviews it might be too short.
However, pillow is a really good fit and very comfy. "Bowl of cherries" design very pretty.
In fact, pillow so good at helping me keep in one position through the night that I end up with a sore ear (my ear seems to be a bit cartilage-y!).
