I had high hopes for this candle - I love the way that Lily Flame make candles that are strongly scented whether they're lit or not, I love the scent of vanilla and I absolutely adore the scent of honey. I also have a sweet tooth.
As the previous reviewer said, it is very definitely a strong enough scent to fill the whole house. Unfortunately rather than smelling warm and sweet and a little like you've just been baking cookies, as I was expecting, the vanilla and honey build together into a cloying, sickly sweet, artificial smell. The scent is just so overpoweringly strong that there's no way I can use it for relaxation during a bath or to subtly scent a room - I keep it solely for when there's an odour I want to cover up, like burnt toast (and even then, it has to be used sparingly).
If you have a large house with lots of room, or a cold, or difficulty smelling, then this might very well be the candle for you. Otherwise, you should probably try a slightly gentler smell!

This candle smells absolutely delicious in the tin and I was not disappointed once the candle was lit. The scent is heavenly and immediately begins to filter around the whole house. I find it calming and not at all cloying even though it is a sweet smell. The candle seemed to burn forever and being in a tin I felt it was safe to let it burn and not have to keep a continual eye on it. A real gem of a find and I shall certainly be purchasing more.

Definitley the best scented candles I have ever used. Very little smoke and a strong smell that goes throughout the whole house. Excellent value for money.
