As a result of the "Back to back" campaign that makes mothers put their babies to sleep on their backs my 2 months old daughter started developing quite bad flat spots on her head. When I showed her to the health visiter, she just said:"I have seen worse." That was not good enough for me and I bought the pillow that I have been using since.
It is very soft and takes the pressue away from the flat spots on the baby's head. I put the pillow under the fitted sheet and this gives me peace of mind that the baby will be ok. During the day time I use the pillow on the play mat. My daughter's head is getting better now....Very good product and I would recommend it to everyone with babies.

I bought this product only a couple of weeks ago and amazingly I am already seeing the positive results. My daughter is 12 weeks old and 4 weeks ago I noticed the flattening on one side of her head. She sleeps always on her right side. After researching on the internet and seeing a few forums regarding this issue and the Goi Goi pillows (now they are named Lilla Kuddis) decided to buy this product and I must say I have done the right thing. Once my daughter goes in the cot (at around 5-6 months) I will also buy the pillow for the cot.Would recommend to anyone who is being told "just don't worry about it" to rethink and buy this pillow.

Our boys were born 8 weeks early and spent 3.5wks in the NICU/SCBU. I noticed when they were 6 weeks old that they had trouble facing upwards. They seemed to only be able to have their heads flat on one side or the other. It also seemed as if their heads were getting too long in proportion to the width. I did a bit a research and found that this is sometimes referred to as NICU "Toaster Head". Then I found several sites discussing the use of helmets when the kids are over 4mos to reshape their heads or using repositioning techniques and pillows to help reshape their soft heads. Given the former costs £2000 and these pillows at less than £[] it was a 'no-brainer'. With just 3 weeks of constant use (crib, pram, swing seats etc) we've seen a huge improvement. Both boys can now face upwards on their own, even without the pillows. Absolutely brilliant results for something that just looked like a small normal pillow!
I've recommended these to many mums I know. Don't hesitate to buy if you've any concerns about your bubs. (Great idea from the other reviewer to put them under the fitted sheet at night for peace of mind.)
