My girls are hooked on WebKinz. I like that the plush toys are rather small, and don't take up tons of space in the house. They're kinda cute, too. :) I also really like the website. The girls play games, even some rather educational games like checkers (critical thinking). They are learning about earning "money" (i.e., KinzCash), and saving up for their "purchases." They learn to manage real money, too, as they save up their allowance for more WebKinz. I like the protection features in place, so that my children can play safely. And I like the networking features that are available so they can play with their friends, cousins, and even their aunts!As for this bird in particular--well, for any of the birds--my girls were thrilled to find out that the canary's online "room" was a treetop. Very creative!

I bought this for my niece so I haven't seen it personally. However, based on her opinion and that of the rest of the family, it's an excellent product. She and her older siblings all enjoy playing with it and at the same time they're learning. I think that more toys should have similar features.

From my 9 year old daugher: This was a great addition to my Webkinz collection and has become my favorite Webkinz bird (I only have the one). It rocks!!!
