5.0 out of 5 stars young learners esl 29 May 2006
Format:Paperback
This is a wonderful book for all young esl learners, full of fun, with ready and really useful stereotypes, easy to learn and to recite. The rhythm, the colours, the repetitive pattern makes it so enjoyable that reading English becomes really funny and learning how to pronounce, to spell or where to put a phrase/wod stress is easy! AN excellent follow-up activity after 'description' or 'countries and nationalities'...

I highly recommend it to any teacher with esl sixth forms!

5.0 out of 5 stars A delicious celebration of cats and boxes 30 Nov 1999
Format:Paperback
Cats of all nationalities appear in their appropriate costume: the cat from Japan with a big blue fan, the cat from Berlin in lederhosen who plays a violin - but none of them is quite as charming as my cat, who likes to hide in boxes of all kinds - cardboard, hat, or best of all, toy.
