Format:Audio CD
This album has the lot. From the moment you start it off, Go trough songs such as Life of Riley, Lucky You and Pure you realise you are really into the album. Then Ready or Not plays, say no more really. To finish with the all-time classic Three Lions '96 really shows what has been missing in the music industry today.
The only downpoints, if any, is Brian Drain & the overlong intro of Marvellous. That said there really isn't any sort of downfall on this album. If you buy one Lightning Seeds album buy this one. Another noticeable inclusion is a re-working of Waiting For Today To Happen which is really great.

Not a great musical accomplishment, that will change the face of music maybe, but this collection of the hits of the Lightning Seeds is exactly what music should be -- fun, melodic and a pleasure to listen to. Great album

I was prompted to re-visit the Lightning Seeds by the use of 'Oh Lucky You' on a TV advert! Never a great fan at the time , I am pleased to remedy that later in life. All their hits come flooding back on a sea of memories, feeling familiar and comfortable. This is a first rate compilation at a good price. Obviously not for diehard fans, as they would have the original albums anyway. For those of us who just want to dip in and out of the hits and well known songs, it does the job precisely.

Great album - refreshed my memory of all their tracks I loved and a worthy 'best of' if you're looking to replace old lost & broken vinyl/cassettes!

Great timeless songs
The Lightening Seeds were part of the Brit Pop phonomemom during the 90s and one of many such bands to seemingly fall by the way side when the Brit Pop phase died down. Read more

Please, something new!
I miss the Lightning Seeds and this cd just reminds me why. Their albums were always likeable although the filler tracks were forgettable, but the singles were always far better... Read more
