Good introduction...

Peter Jeffrey really makes a wide swoop among many saints of Christendom. Starting with Augustine and Athanasius to the methods used by Finney and Nettleton. At first, I was startled to see Finney in the book and then noticed that it was a side by side comparison of Finney and Nettleton, which was enjoyable but short lived as this book is very short and leaves much to be desired. But I think that was his point. Peter Jeffrey gets your pallet whet on these men of faith in hopes of you looking deeper into them. I would use this book as "cliffs notes" to these men, either for introduction or reminders.
Easy read and good introduction gets the 4 stars as I feel this is exactly what Peter was trying to accomplish.
