I bought these as stocking fillers for my sons and wasn't quite sure what to expect. Indeed when they tried them out on Christmas Day they seemed rather disappointing because the vibration effect lasted only a short time.However,I have since been told that on trying them again and using a different technique they work quite effectively.The instructions are not very clear..probably owing to a linguistically contorted translation from the original language... so you have to play it by ear.

I have tried and tested both this and one of the PowerBalls and found them to be just as good especially when compared to the price of the more expensive ones.
It's simple enough for me to just say that if you buuy this you won't be disappointed, it's great fun too!

I have been purchasing these devices for years as exercise devices for my patients. These give the hand, wrist, forearm and even the shoulder a work out, giving increased strength to the muscles and increased range of motion. As a physician I am convinced that this is one of the best exercise devices of its type, if used properly by the patient. To date I have had no complaints from my patients, carpel tunnel patients are also helped when they use this device regularly.

As my title says; fun once you get the hang of it. It will take a while to learn or teach but then its fun in some sense. I work in a physical therapy center, I cant use it with the patients but fun competing against my co-workers.

It's fun to play with in the dark. When you figure out how to work it and get it going, it looks like you have a fireball in your hand when the lights are out lol. and it's an amazing forearm work out, look forward to not being about to use your fingers for a few hours after playing with this. It works muscles you did not know you have.
