This book,like all of John Wheeler's books,looks directly at the root problem, that is,the assumed seperate entity. All doubts, worries, fears disappear when this assumption is uprooted. John always brings you back to the basics,you exist and you are aware...full stop. If you have read John's previous books there is nothing new here, just the same simple message. If you are not familiar with John Wheeler, I would certainly recommend this book, for me,the pointing is crystal clear.

John Wheeler points so simply to the fact of our simple presence here and now - in essence he says 'you are - and you know you are'. Again and again he points you back beyond the mind and thoughts to the essence of that simple presence. His method if he has one? Keep coming back to that simple truth of who you are - the more you do this the more you live as this awareness of now rather than the stories in your head. There's nothing wrong with stories for sure - but if and when they dominate your experience then you need to come back to the simplicity of what he says. You are - you know that you are - this is the end of all searching. Great book - loved it - thanks John.

John Wheeler writes very clearly about non-duality. I ordered about 20 non-duality books from Amazon by various writers, and John Wheeler's books were definitely the ones that impressed me the most by using the clearest and simplest language. I highly recommend John Wheeler's books if you are interested in non-duality.
