As a twenty-three year old, I absolutely loved this book. Even though not all of the chapters were relevant to my life (not that I expected them to be) it was insightful and funny and I learnt a great deal from it. Will be passing the book on to my mum - even a wise woman like herself could learn a thing or two from this delightful guide.

This has the 'honour' of being the only book I've actually ripped up and thrown in the bin. I found the authors tone so condescending it irritated me beyond belief. I imagine this to be written by some weight obsessed fashionista who skips around Notting Hill all day in repetto ballet flats with coloured ribbon tied around her waist. What posesses people like this to preach to others about managing their lives, despite the odd wink and alluding that she's 'one of the girls' how far removed from normality is this person? I didn't read this book in page order but when I stumbled across a recommendation for a 'quick fix' weight loss treatment (after all life's too short!) costing around £1000 I just thought what planet does this woman live on, I mean really???!!!!
The market has long been saturated with these books and this is just trying to cash in. I found the whole tone so annoying I couldn't even inflict it on other people by putting it in the charity bag so enjoyed ripping it up. It's rubbish.

So many genius tips that not only will i be using but i will be passing on to my friends, daughters and work colleagues. Anyone that is time poor needs to invest in this book as it will save you time and money. Brilliantly written and very funny at times, this is going to simplify my life in so many ways. Thank you Grace for your insights.
