This oil is naturally high in the Omega 3 fatty acid Alpha Linolenic Acid which is an important substance required for many biological processes in the body. Studies have suggested that the Omega 3 fatty acids may help maintain a healthy brain and a healthy heart. This formulation is particulary suitable for those whose diets exclude fish, or those allergic to fish products. Good Source of Omegas 21 Nov 2011
I buy this regularly. The capsules are vegetarian - which is not always the case with products like this. It's good value for money compared to high street prices, it arrives quickly and is generally well packaged.
