The authors have put together many useful NLP techniques and strategies in a way that anyone can use.The focus is on learning how to surf the waves of the current upheavals without feeling lost or at the mercy of outside events. There is little or no jargon and the style is very readable and sometimes deliberately amusing.Despite being an NLP Master Coach,I found myself using some of their suggestions for my own benefit.Well worth buying as a portable resource.

3.0 out of 5 stars Interesting book 5 Sep 2012
Format:Paperback|Amazon Verified Purchase
I bought this book not really knowing what to expect as I don't really see myself as the spiritual type. It does open your eyes in some ways to understanding how and why people react to situations and problems they may come across in life. It also makes you look at yourself and your behaviour in ways that you might not have done in the past. My only problem with this book is the large number of spelling and grammar mistakes made throughout which really does distract, in parts, from what has been written.
I'd say this book is worth reading and I would've given it 4 stars if it wasn't riddled with mistakes that should have been picked up with a single proof read.
