Michelle Cassou shares stories from teaching intuitive painting with examples of questions, barriers and difficulties that come up when people paint freely. I keep this by my paints to flick to if I need a prompt to help me start or carry on an intuitive painting.

This book seems to be the beginning of the intuitive painting movement. It explains the importance of the intuitive creative act and how to let go of any preconceived ideas of outcome.
