This is a wonderful collection of short stories that will bring a smile to your face. It is a very quick read, great to read if you are short on time. I planned to read a story a night, but found myself moving quickly from the first to the last. I highly recommend the collection.

Life and Love is a collection of short stories averaging about 1000 words each. Clements has a definite talent of making the reader 'feel' about her characters, even the ones 'we love to hate', which is vital in good storytelling. The characters are full-bodied and totally believeable. Clements weaves these short stories into a delightful selection! At 35 pages it is short but leaves you begging for more. I highly recommend Life and Love!

I found this compilation of stories when browsing for some new short stories to read. The great cover drew me in and I was glad to find the contents are even better!
I love all the different scenarios that Frances has created in each story. I loved the stories with the twists in the end the most.
I hope in the future that she expands these into novels, I would definitely be interested in reading them.
I look forward to reading more from Frances in the future.
