This book talks primarily about life, and how to live it. Split into five sections, it gradually opens one's mind to the thought that you can have a better life, then tells you how to make your own life just generally *better*.
It discusses subjects such as how to forgive someone, raising your self-esteem, how to get the things you want, etc, with lots of practical tips. Unlike most "self-help" books, this one tells you not only what you can fix, but also *how to fix it*.
I found a great deal of wealth in the pages of this book, and I'm definitely better off since I started reading it. It's like having your very own therapist that you can take into the bath with you. Reading through it, I discovered many things about myself that I just took for granted, but that could have been much better. And now they *are* much better, thanks to the author.
I can't recommend this book highly enough for anyone who is dissatisfied with the way their life is lived.
