Went up nice and easily, though an elastic broke on one pole - otherwise all good. Lot sturdier than cheaper similar models from supermarkets etc.

The good: it is a large tent, it was stable on moderate wind, easy to install (not quite in 10 minutes). It is spacious enough for four persons; for five persons, it would be to crowded, especially in the sleeping compartment; (we were three persons). I think it is a good product, using the price/quality indicator.

The bad: the only negative issue are the design of the entrance doors: after a rain (even a soft one) when opening and using them, you automatically introduce some water (leaking from them) inside the tent (basically on the floor of the porch area. When you entering from outside(after a rain), it is a good procedure to clean the water drops from the doors, with a sponge or a small towel.

I recommend this product.

There are many positives about the tent - its small pack size, comfortable for two adults and 3 small children, good size porch etc. However it is badly let down by its performance in heavy rain. Opening the side door to get in and out of the tent means that the porch instantly starts filling with water. The sides are also not substantial enough and get pushed over the inner porch acting as rain channels and more flooding. A little more care with the design would have led to a great tent but as it is I couldn't recommend it. We wrote to Lichfield about these issues but got no response.

I bought this tent because I needed the space as I take my nephews camping quite a lot. On the first outing it r4ained heavily and was quite windy. Yes, the tent kept me dry but only after some surreptitious use of duct tape as one of the guy attachments split and caused a hole to open in the fly sheet. Not only that but when I struck camp I noticed that the front pole had split all t he way down in one area. Okay, these issues were rectified for me, although the tent was sent to the retailer rather than to my house. Anyway, I took it out again the other month and I am mortified that the same pole has a split in it again at the end and I have had to use duct tape to try and prevent it from going any further. Right now it is sitting as a spare tent for use occasionally as I cannot trust it on a regular basis. I am currently awaiting delivery of what I hope will be a better tent so that I can continue camping this summer. Sorry, but although spacious and not that difficult to erect, the quality of the tent lets it down badly.

Love this tent as a good sized 2/3 man tent. The reason I give it four stars is it wouldn't be great for 5 people. Although 5 could sleep in it side by side like sardines in a tin!! Not ideal especially if one or 2 need to get up in the night!! I would say its a good 2-3 man tent. We have a double mattress bed in the sleeping area and both sides have room to get out of bed without disturbing the other. And there is plenty of room for belongings without having to walk over them. You could have 3 camp beds in there comfortably and still have a bit of room for personal bits. If you sleep more than 3 you wouldn't have the space in the bedroom area for any belongings and you would have to trample over each other. It's nice to be able to walk in a tent and stand up. Especially for changing clothes. The day area is generous enough to be able to put a small table and chairs and your camping bits. Also it's fairly easy and quick to assemble and held up through a windy night.

I was very pleased with this tent. It was fairly straight forward to put up and it kept us nice and dry. . It was pretty spacious for 2 adults and 3 children, enough space in the sleeping quarters for 2 double beds!

Delivery was smooth and very prompt !!! Would buy from this seller again.

Clearly not as good as it's vango cousin, but a good sized waterproof tent for a bargain price! (all I've got to do now is work out how to say Arisaig!)

It leaks and we spent our holiday, which was a rainy one, with water in the tent. The only reason why we were able to sleep in the tent was because it had an inner chamber which soaked up the water which came through and air beds so we didn't get wet from the water on the floor.
The tent isn't very sturdy and one of the frames broke from the first strong wind that hit it. The only reason that this did't ruin our holiday was because we were lucky to have a replacement from the campsite owner which we modified to make it work.
