porque aunque contiene las mejores recetas de la cocina mexicana auténtica, ES VEGETARIANO SI TU QUIERES Y SI NO QUIERES, NO.A las recetas puedes agragarles carne, jamón, pllo, pescado..¡lo que se te antoje ! Pero también te ayuda muchos cuando tienes a comer a una persona vegetariana, porque no tienes que limitarte aservirle hojitas delechuga, sino ALGO PARTICULARMENTE DELICIOSO !
Las recetas son DE PRIMERA CATEGORÍA... Te lo garantizo, y ya las ingresé a mi lista de servicio a banquetes...Y han tenido un ÉXITO BÁRBARO !
