Amazing!,
By A Customer
This review is from: Libertad (Audio CD)
I bought this album because i love delirious' songs and i'm doing Spanish for AS. I love this album, the Spanish versions of the songs are great, singing along in Spanish is really fun! That said, if you don't know or are studing Spanish, the lyrics will be, for the most part, lost on you.Buy it if you're learning Spanish!

Libertad - I don't think your like it D fans.,
This review is from: Libertad (Audio CD)
I bought this album because Delirious? are my favourite band and I'm learning Spanish. An ideal combination you say. That's spot on. But, I must say, you really do need to be a hard core fan to buy this album. You just don't buy these things if your not into your Delirious? It's a bit of a shock hearing good old Martin exercising his cords in Spanish, however this album does grow on you. Delirious? deserve a pat on the back in what must have been an immense effort in the learning side and pronunciation involved in such a project on Martins part. In general the album tends to lean on the some of the more original D stuff like "Obsession" and "Did you feel the mountains tremble" obviously Spanish versions though. That goes without say. So almost a Spanish "Cutting Edge" in parts. But Libertad (meaning Freedom) is a little bit of a let down insomuch as that there is an absence of some of the most famous Delirious? songs ever such as "Deeper" and "History Maker". The best tracks on the album are probably "Obsession" which I thought was better than the original. And also "I'm not ashamed" which absolutely rocks out. Certainly a good effort. I loved it. But the question is, will the majority of D fans? I doubt it.

Respiratory Revelation,

Stand back, prepare yourself. Worship is a wildly used term in modern day society. These boys, whose roots are deep and talents wide come back with yet another albumn thats jam packed with super sensational thought provoking lyrics that trancsends anything we would expect. Worship they do and it's something not many groups have got to me listen to. It's deeper, it's liberating and it's a world service that these boys provide. Keep on ROCKING d:udes!
