Format: Paperback
This is to date the most enjoyable work that I've read from Carroll.

Push through the small section on physics and you'll have a wonderful read ahead. The section on the psychohistory model of Aeonics is possibly one of the most brilliant things I have read in a long time and I am utterly convinced that there must be something to the rising and falling patterns that Carroll has identified.

The section on Eight Magics is a wonderful paradigm to work within, and Liber KKK is the closest thing one is going to find for a systematic magical training system that feels rewarding as you "climb through" the levels with experience, and to some, this will be an extremely appealing aesthetic.

Pick it up, read it: Carroll just may be right about a coming chaoist age and pandemonaeon. The philosophy is engaging and refreshing. This book will give chaotes and magicians from all traditions a bunch of new techniques and ideas to play around with.

Includes a quantum cosmology with no Big Bang or Heat
Death of the Universe. At last I have found a resolution to the
paradox of free will versus determinism.

We have to believe in our own free will.

Format: Paperback
LIBER KAOS is divided into two parts: first, the outline of what Carroll calls CMT (Chaos Magickal Theory) on a scientific basis, borrowing from quantum physics and catastrophe theory. The second part is devoted to the dynamics of practical magick. LIBER KAOS is Pope Pete's dissertation on magick, and should be read by every student of the art of arts.

Peter Carroll lays it all out for you without the obfuscation, unnecessary material and b*llsh*t that normally accompanies any magical text. Aleister Crowley said that you don't need to be an expert mechanic to drive a tractor, but Carroll rolls up his sleeves and shows us how to tune the engine properly. Some quantum mechanics required - but no math.
