Amazon Verified Purchase
We did not receive the laser cartridge that we ordered from AVIDES Media AG. Instead, they posted us INCORRECT items. The cartridges they posted us were for a previous printer model and not compatible with a newer printer model. Birte from AVIDES Media AG Customer Service has acknowledged this in an email that was posted to us. In this email Birte has written: I am sorry that we accidently sent the wrong goods.
The INCORRECT cartridges posted by the seller were INCOMPATIBLE with our printer and the printer would not work at all. Therefore, we could not have used any of these cartridges. We have retuned these to the seller. Who refused to refund us the money! and they posted the cartridge again back to us. We have paid £208.52 for 3 different colour cartridge. Wast of money and Amazon was not help at all!
