The Lexar 16GB Jump Drive Retrax USB 2.0 Stick actually works as expected. It has a good capacity and is reliable. My only concern is the build quality, which is very poor. The design allows the stick to be retracted into it's housing (by rotating around it's hinge). Unfortunately, there's no click-stop to keep it there and it will flop out without any effort. If you wear it on a lanyard, it will fling out of it's protective casing, exposing the USB connector. I've found that several USB sticks have a very plasticy construction, despite the high price tags and well-respected makes. This is in the lower quality scale in this respect.
